Channel Board proudly stands behind (and on) our products. Our one year warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. The warranty will not include damage due to normal wear and tear, cosmetic surface damage, misuse, or other avoidable occurrences.

It is unlikely that you will have a problem. However, if you are the original Channel Board owner and you have a problem, please reach out to us at Warranty@ChannelBalanceBoard.com and tell us about the situation. Channel Board reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible for warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at Warranty@ChannelBalanceBoard.com with your order number, name on the original order, and a description of the issue and we will take it from there.
